A French bred variety, this rose produces beautifully formed buds which open to reveal large dark velvet red flowers. The long flower stem length and excellent heavy perfume makes this rose an ideal cut flower, it lasts well in a vase. The plant produces strong upright stems which have dark red leaves which turn to dark green as they mature. It is one of the best dark red hybrid tea varieties available.
